Honey Elixir Bar is a place of magic, where community comes to connect, where the invitation is to unplug from the norm and embrace something novel.
We offer an invitation away from familiar forms of indulgence, encouraging rejuvenation over depletion. Our menu is a carefully crafted collection of unique and obscure beverages that are intended to elevate and enhance the human experience.
Our space is equally curated, where the aesthetic of our funky lux lounge interplays with the senses and sets the stage for intimate and meaningful social connections.
Jun
Honey has partnered with two local Master Jun brewers to bring a wide selection of uplifting and mood altering options. Ish’s Brew and Ling Elixirs are both based locally in Boulder, CO. We will feature a rotating menu of flavors to showcase the unique alchemy that each of these brewers have honed for over a decade. Infused with medicinal herbs, super foods, botanicals, and plenty of other secret ingredients, every glass of Jun brings palpable energetic shifts from the very first sip. We are proud and privileged to offer Jun as a cornerstone of our elixir bar menu.
Cacao
To offer the highest quality organic cacao, we have partnered with Ruk’u’x Ulew, a Mayan Women’s Co-op in the village of San Marcos on Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. 100% of proceeds go to the Mayan families who produce this ancestral medicine.
Intentionally crafted non-alcoholic elixirs, meant to elicit a thought, feeling or idea.
We conceptualize our non-alcoholic beverages as their own unique recipes. We do not base them off of traditional cocktails, and we do not use N/A spirits. Hence we stay away from the term ‘mocktails’.
Instead we use organic herbs, botanicals, and super foods to tantalize your taste-buds and even shift your consciousness.
