Château del ISH – Sparkling Rosé

Description

Established in Copenhagen in 2018, the ISH vision is driven by the desire to pair mindfulness with playfulness. The Château del ISH expressions are award-winning, non-alcoholic wines made from grapes sourced in the Rheingau region of Southern Germany. Grapes are harvested, pressed, and fermented via active yeast cultures in steel vats. Finished wines undergo dealcoholization at low temperatures, ensuring a finely tuned, wine-like experience despite the lack of alcohol in the final product.

The Château del ISH Sparkling Rosé is a classic pink pour: cool climate Merlot and velvety Pinot Noir come together in a dry, balanced palate. It’s fruit-forward but not overwhelmingly sweet, and the bubbles add a dry feel that appeal to the sugar-averse drinker. ISH recommends pairing with salads, sushi, soft cheese, or a creamy risotto. We love it as a picturesque welcome drink for guest or a satisfying complement to a hot bath after a long day. Then again, in our eyes, there’s always a moment for a touch of sparkling rosé.  For the best taste experience, serve at 46.4-50°F.
