The Bitter Optimist amaro is a non-alcoholic botanical spirit designed to be mixed as a premium liqueur. Reminiscent of a bitter old-school amari but with a contemporary Cali twist. Tasting notes include woodsy citrus and herbs.

Flavor profile: Orange, pink grapefruit, mandarin orange, bay laurel, sage, wormwood, gentian, dandelion root.
